construcci\u00f3 de la identitat \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s complex. Tot i que el centrem en la inf\u00e0ncia i en l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia, probablement \u00e9s quelcom molt m\u00e9s prolongat, incl\u00fas sense final. I \u00e9s que, no deu ser que la identitat est\u00e0 relacionada amb com puc saber m\u00e9s qui s\u00f3c? I arribo a saber mai del cert qui \u00e9s aquest \u00e9sser en el qual habito?<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si fer jo mateixa aquest proc\u00e9s \u00e9s tota una feina, tamb\u00e9 ho \u00e9s acompanyar a altres a fer-ho. I encara m\u00e9s quan, en el reconeixement de qui s\u00f3c hi entren en joc q\u00fcestions com la identitat de g\u00e8nere, un origen cultural diferent de l\u2019entorn on s\u2019est\u00e0 construint aquesta, la pertinen\u00e7a a determinats col\u00b7lectius socials, etc.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Parlar de la pr\u00f2pia identitat est\u00e0 directament relacionat amb la pregunta: qui s\u00f3c? Per a respondre-la i mirar d\u2019acompanyar en la recerca de respostes, el Triangle de la Personalitat pot ser una eina de suport que ens permetr\u00e0 ordenar idees i ampliar la consci\u00e8ncia que tinc sobre mi mateixa. Aix\u00ed doncs, puc mirar qui s\u00f3c a partir del que FAIG (a qu\u00e8 em dedico, quins hobbies tinc, com \u00e9s la meva actitud en els diferents grups on em relaciono, quin tipus de relacions tinc, etc.), per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 observar el que PENSO (quins s\u00f3n els meus valors, a qu\u00e8 dono import\u00e0ncia, si faig cas als meus prejudicis o no, quin sistema de creences m\u2019acompanya, etc.) aix\u00ed com el que SENTO (quines emocions sento m\u00e9s habitualment, amb qu\u00e8 connecto donats certs est\u00edmuls, des de quina o quines emocions visc el meu dia a dia, etc.). Amb aquesta amplitud, doncs, potser veig que aquests tres v\u00e8rtex del triangle no estan pas desconnectats, sin\u00f3 tot el contrari, i que tendim a buscar un cert equilibri, harmonia, coher\u00e8ncia i adaptabilitat perqu\u00e8 all\u00f2 que sento, penso i faig tinguin sentit.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">En l\u2019acompanyament de la construcci\u00f3 de la identitat, doncs, puc mirar de comprendre la persona acompanyada m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del que mostra d\u2019ella mateixa (normalment all\u00f2 que FA, que de vegades pot reflectir una part dels seus pensaments i les seves emocions), per a poder-la ajudar a comprendre en ella aquesta amplitud, i veure el seu propi triangle.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Des del Treball de Processos (Arnold Mindell), aporten una mirada interessant sobre aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3, diferenciant:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u2013 <u><b>Identitat prim\u00e0ria<\/b><\/u>: all\u00f2 amb el que m\u2019identifico, les coses que faig, penso i sento habitualment i que sento com a pr\u00f2pies. Per exemple, jo em puc considerar una persona sociable, acollidora amb les persones que entren noves a un grup, que dono import\u00e0ncia al valor de la igualtat i penso que la veu de tothom t\u00e9 exactament el mateix valor, i que normalment estic molt alegre tot i que m\u2019entristeix veure les not\u00edcies i pensar en com est\u00e0 de malament el m\u00f3n que m\u2019envolta.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u2013 <b><u>Identitat secund\u00e0ria<\/u><\/b>: all\u00f2 que em costa recon\u00e8ixer en mi, que no forma part del meu autoconcepte, malgrat pugui recon\u00e8ixer que de vegades em puc comportar aix\u00ed. En el mateix exemple que abans, pot formar part de la meva identitat secund\u00e0ria estar de mal humor i amb poques ganes de participar de les converses, o b\u00e9 despreocupar-me del meu entorn.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Aix\u00ed doncs, tot i que en l\u2019acompanyament de la construcci\u00f3 de la identitat \u00e9s important aquest\u00a0proc\u00e9s d\u2019autoconeixement que ens porti a trobar respostes al Qui s\u00f3c, tamb\u00e9 ser\u00e0 important\u00a0recon\u00e8ixer en mi aquelles parts sovint m\u00e9s ocultes, potser relacionades amb el que menys\u00a0m\u2019agrada de mi mateixa, o potser amb el que mai m\u2019he perm\u00e8s recon\u00e8ixer-me. Com en una\u00a0moneda, jo tamb\u00e9 tinc dues cares, i he de poder con\u00e8ixer-les les dues! En fer-ho, aprenc a\u00a0abra\u00e7ar aquesta part m\u00e9s desconeguda de mi, a recon\u00e8ixer, en els altres, coses que tamb\u00e9 hi\u00a0s\u00f3n en mi, i a tenir el poder per decidir quina part mostro en cada moment.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">De fet, quan ens referim a identitat, hi ha una gran part que es correspon a aquest proc\u00e9s de\u00a0reconeixement intern, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 d\u2019all\u00f2 que vull mostrar cap enfora, amb qu\u00e8 voldria que\u00a0em relacionin. Per aix\u00f2, i especialment quan acompanyem a infants i joves, \u00e9s necessari\u00a0diferenciar aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3 d\u2019expressi\u00f3 de la identitat amb el qui s\u00f3c m\u00e9s intern, m\u00e9s\u00a0essencial. Si em pogu\u00e9s despullar de la meva imatge, de la mirada dels altres, i observar-me\u00a0internament, potser podria con\u00e8ixer una part de mi que no t\u00e9 a veure amb el meu origen, els\u00a0meus gustos, la meva forma de relacionar-me o d\u2019estar, sin\u00f3 amb quin \u00e9s el meu potencial, quina \u00e9s la meva identitat essencial. Potser des d\u2019aqu\u00ed, fora de personatges i m\u00e0scares que\u00a0ens posem per jugar en el joc de la vida, ser\u00edem m\u00e9s capa\u00e7os de veure la bellesa de cadasc\u00fa,\u00a0sense necessitar posar ni posar-nos etiquetes, i reconeixent-nos com a \u00e9ssers humans \u00fanics i\u00a0alhora tan iguals. I potser per acompanyar a altres a engegar aquest cam\u00ed, necessito fer jo la\u00a0primera passa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
