promoure l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Emocional com un actiu pel benestar. Des d\u2019aquesta mirada realitzem diferents projectes i intervencions. Una d\u2019elles s\u00f3n tallers per a infants i adolescents sobre l\u2019assetjament escolar. Durant aquestes activitats dirigides es crea un espai vivencial per reflexionar sobre el fenomen Bullying, que pret\u00e9n afavorir el treball de les compet\u00e8ncies personals de cada membre del grup classe. En el cas dels tallers puntuals, disposem de dues hores amb un grup-classe nou per con\u00e8ixer, connectar, intuir, promoure, aclarir, convidar, proposar, empoderar i acompanyar, tenint present en cada moment quin \u00e9s el nostre paper permanent: facilitar. La viv\u00e8ncia com a facilitador\/a (que pot variar en funci\u00f3 de la persona i del moment) comen\u00e7a abans d\u2019entrar a l\u2019aula.<\/p><p>Abans de comen\u00e7ar el taller intentem con\u00e8ixer i compartir uns instants amb el tutor\/a perqu\u00e8 ens doni la seva visi\u00f3 de la situaci\u00f3 del grup, i aix\u00ed adaptar al m\u00e0xim el taller que hem preparat a les necessitats i la situaci\u00f3 de la classe. \u00c9s important tamb\u00e9 saber el motiu pel qual estem all\u00e0, si es tracta d\u2019una acci\u00f3 educativa des de la prevenci\u00f3 o b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 ja hi ha algun cas en el grup. La veritat, per\u00f2, \u00e9s que, sigui quin sigui el condicionant, el que va sortint dels participants marca la din\u00e0mica i ritme de les activitats que es desenvolupen durant les dues hores. I aix\u00f2, ens fa sentir responsables de la gesti\u00f3 del grup i el taller.<\/p><p>Quan entrem a l\u2019aula el primer que fem \u00e9s connectar i respirar el grup: intercanvi de mirades, converses, preguntes, sentim el clima del grup, treballem en la detecci\u00f3 de rols, observem diferents informacions sobre el grup o sobre persones concretes que hem rebut del tutor\/a, etc. El fet de saber d\u2019entrada que pot haver alguna persona amb el rol d\u2019agressor\/a i amb el rol de v\u00edctima ens pot remoure tamb\u00e9 a nosaltres.<\/p><p>Aix\u00f2 vol dir que en algun moment podem arribar a sentir impot\u00e8ncia o r\u00e0bia, quan connectem amb el dolor de la v\u00edctima, del grup i tamb\u00e9 de l\u2019agressor\/a. A vegades emergeix la compassi\u00f3, per comprendre a l\u2019agressor\/a i el perqu\u00e8 del seu comportament, sense justificar mai la viol\u00e8ncia. Donem perm\u00eds i legitimem les emocions sentides, fent un treball personal de gesti\u00f3 per tal de poder continuar desenvolupant el taller amb una mirada empoderadora cap a tots i cadascun dels nois i noies del grup. I posem en joc totes les emocions que un taller pot generar (les nostres, les dels alumnes, les dels tutors\/es) per generar un espai de creixement i aprenentatge compartit.
