El model 4&#215;4 de cures.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En aquesta c\u00e0psula, reunir\u00e0s eines i recursos per a l&#8217;acompanyament i la supervisi\u00f3 d&#8217;equips, integrant un model d&#8217;acompanyament que donar\u00e0 base i estructura a tots els processos de grup que facilitis.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s per a tu si&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f T&#8217;ocupa el benestar dels equips als quals acompanyes o dels que formes part.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f Vols treballar la supervisi\u00f3 d&#8217;equips des d&#8217;una mirada que cuidi i promogui el benestar.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f Vols guanyar recursos per a la facilitaci\u00f3 d&#8217;espais de cures en equip.<\/p>\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f Vols adquirir una mirada global dels processos que es viuen i s&#8217;acompanyen en els equips.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta c\u00e0psula t\u00e9 una durada de 3 hores i s&#8217;impartir\u00e0 el 22 de desembre, en horari de 10 a 13h, a la Sala Origen de SEER, a Barcelona.
